The authors report zircon U-Pb geochronological,whole-rock geochemical and zircon Lu-Hf isotope data for the hornblende gabbro within the Khanka Massif, with the aim of constraining its formation time and petrogenesis. The zircon U-Pb dating shows that ~(206)Pb/~(238)Pb ages of zircons from the hornblende gabbro range from 120 to 129 Ma,yielding a weighted mean age of 123 ± 2 Ma,i. e.,the Early Cretaceous. The hornblende gabbro has SiO_2 of 44. 77%--46. 58% and belongs to the tholeiitic series on FeO~t/MgO-SiO_2 diagram. It displays a right-inclined REE pattern with( La/Yb)_N ratios of 3. 44 to 4. 42. The trace element spidergram shows that they are enriched in large ion lithophile elements( LILE) such as Rb,Th,U,K and Pb,and depleted in high field strength elements( HFSE) such as Nb,Ta,Ti and P,indicating an affinity to arc igneous rocks. The ε_(Hf)( t) values of zircons vary from -2. 6 to + 3. 9 and Hf model ages( T_(DM1)) range from 622 to 883 Ma.These geochemical characteristics indicate that primary magma of the hornblende gabbro could be derived from partial melting of young mantle material accreted during the Neoproterozoic. Combined with the Early Cretaceous igneous rock assemblages in NE Asia. It is concluded that the hornblende gabbro formed in an active continental margin related to the westward subduction of the Paleo-Pacific Plate beneath the Khanka Massif. 相似文献
Due to their structural diversity and variety of biological activities, marine natural products have been the subject of extensive study. These compounds, especially phospholipid polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, have a wide range of pharmacological applications, including embedded DNA and central nervous system, anti-tumor, anti-virus, anti-parasite, anti-bacterial, and antithrombotic effects. Unfortunately, the insufficient drug sources have limited the development of these compounds. In this study, we isolated salinpostin compounds from a fermentation solution of marine-derived Salinospora sp., which has a common bicyclic enol-phosphotriester core framework, as well as potent and selective antimalarial activities against P. falciparum with EC_(50)=50 nmolL~(-1). The chemical synthesis of these compounds in greater quantities is necessary for their use in bioactivity studies. Thus we explored a short route with high yields and mild reaction conditions, which can generate combinatorial libraries for drug discovery and lead optimization. We developed a new total synthesis method for six cyclic enol-phosphotriester salinipotin compounds and their diastereomers. For the total synthesis of cyclipostin P, we prepared cyclic enol-phosphotriester salinipostin compounds in 10 steps from a readily accessible starting material, 1,3-dihydroxyacetone, and obtained an overall yield of 1.29%. We fully characterized these compounds by proton nuclear magnetic resonance(~1H-NMR), carbon-13 NMR(~(13)C-NMR), and high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS) analyses, and found they coincide absolutely with the same compounds reported previously. 相似文献
The transfer and evolution of stress among rock blocks directly change the void ratios of crushed rock masses and affect the flow of methane in coal mine gobs. In this study, a Lagrange framework and a discrete element method, along with the soft-sphere model and EDEM numerical software, were used. The compaction processes of rock blocks with diameters of 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0 m were simulated with the degrees of compression set at 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25%. This study examines the influence of stress on void ratios of compacted crushed rock masses in coal mine gobs. The results showed that stress was mainly transmitted downward through strong force chains. As the degree of compression increased, the strong force chains extended downward, which resulted in the stress at the upper rock mass to become significantly higher than that at the lower rock mass. It was determined that under different degrees of compression, the rock mass of coal mine gobs could be divided, from the bottom to the top, into a lower insufficient compression zone (ICZ) and an upper sufficient compression zone (SCZ). From bottom to top, the void ratios in the ICZ sharply decreased and those in the SCZ slowly decreased. Void ratios in the ICZ were 1.2–1.7 times higher than those in the SCZ.
